- The HOA or management constitution.
- The Code of Conduct.
- Indemnities.
- General rules and regulations.
- Road usage policy, such as speed limit, road signs and overnight visitor parking.
- Only residents (erf owners or long-term tenants) and employees, 18 years and older, are permitted to authorize visits.
- The HOA or management has sole discretion in determining the number of authorised SecuVisit-portal users, per household, company or department.
- Being a private property, visitors enter at their own risk.
- The Right of Admission to the property is reserved.
- The HOA or management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit.
POPIA
- Personal information, (“data”) you have supplied or entered with your consent or lawfully, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 in effect as of the 1st of July 2021.
- Your data is collected for the sole purpose of positively identifying you.
- Your data is stored for a period of time set out by the POPIA guidelines.
- None of the data captured and stored by SecuVisit-portal is subject to be shared or sold.
- All data is collected, encrypted and stored in a secure environment off-site.
- You have the right to review and correct your data, and to object to the processing of your data, where it is no longer required for the purpose, permitted by the POPIA.
- To contact the POPIA Information Officer, please request information via email, addressed to your SecuVisit-portal administrator.
Use of cookies
- A cookie is a small piece of data sent from our website or applications to your computer or device hard drive or Internet browser where it is saved.

Personal data
- When you first register for an SecuVisit-portal account, and when you use the services, we collect some personal information.
- In some cases, the geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices.
- Your full name, identity or passport number, username, and email address and other contact details.
- A unique SecuVisit-portal user ID (an alphanumeric string) which is assigned to you upon registration.
- Other optional information as part of your account profile.
- Your IP Address and, when applicable, timestamp related to your consent and confirmation of consent.
- Other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods.
How data is used
- To identify you when you login to your account.
- To enable us to operate the Services and provide them to you.
- To verify your security, and authentication (including security tokens for communications installed).
- To ensure your security by only allowing authorised use of our Services.
- To contact you about your account and provide customer service support, including responding to your comments and questions.
- To better understand your needs and the needs of users in the aggregate, diagnose problems, analyze trends, improve the features and usability of the Services, and better understand and market to our customers and users.
- To keep the Services safe and secure.
- We also use non-identifiable information gathered for statistical purposes to keep track of the number of visits to the Services with a view to introducing improvements and improving usability of the Services.
